Base Agreement (over 12 months*)
- Find distributor or distributors upon needs in Europe
- Initiate and establish contacts with potential first tier distributors
- Act as an interface between parties
Silver Agreement (over 12 months*)
- Find distributor or distributors upon needs in Europe
- Negotiate distribution agreement with selected distributor(s)
- Train internal sales force
- Build limited access to a specific web site to distributor(s)
Gold Agreement (over 12 months*) + Sales percentage
- Find distributor or distributors upon needs in Europe
- Negotiate distribution agreement with selected distributor(s)
- Train internal sales force
- Train second tier channel (If applicable)
- Study local competition
- Participation to sales process (TOP 50 corporate accounts)
- Build distributor Private access to a specific web site area
* The agreement with The IT Bootstrap is signed for a period of 1 (one) calendar year initiated once the agreement is signed.
